Joel provides information to help put together the MD3 Plastic Nose Brace kit.

Braces bounce back after impact! - 48” length trim to fit anywhere bracing is needed - Available in 2 thicknesses (.300”, .375”)

Step 1: CLEAN THE SURFACE We recommend that our plastic panels be cleaned with a general cleaner/degreaser, finish cleaning with Isopropyl Alcohol and a lint-free cloth.

Step 2: APPLY ADHESION PROMOTER Apply the Tape Primer around the edges of the part and let it cure for at least 5 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3: INSTALL YOUR WRAP The vinyl needs to cure for at least 24 hours for proper adhesion. Tip: Using a heat gun over the entire wrap especially around the edges helps to bond the adhesive to the plastic

A brief run down on some prominent aspects of the MD3 Dirt Modified Plastic Nose Kit.

MD3 hood scoops available in curved bottom, and flat bottom. The flat bottom comes in 3" or 4-3/4" with extensions available. The curved bottom is available in 3" or 4-3/4", as well as 5" tall and 17" wide. These scoops are available in carbon fiber black, red, blue, and white.
