How to Order:
There are three ways to place an order.
- Order On-Line: We have developed an On-Line Store so you can order your racing products at your convenience 24/7. Our On-Line Store is safe, secure and simple to use. You can be confident that within minutes of placing your Internet order, we will begin processing, packing and have it shipped out the same BUSINESS DAY. Orders received after the close of our business day will ship the following day.
- Order by Phone: We have a toll-free order line and a highly experienced sales staff with countless years of racing experience to help you. Give them a call during our regular business hours at 1-800-722-4641.
- Dealer Network: We have a large number of Dealers and Chassis builders that carry our products. Feel free to call us at 1-800-722-4641 for a dealer in your area.
Credit Card
Performance Bodies accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.
When placing your order: Please make sure that your billing address matches the address on of the Card Holders (Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code). Confirm the accuracy of your Home Phone, Business Phone, Credit Card Number and Expiration Date.
Invalid or non-matching billing addresses will cause your credit card to be declined.

Mailing a Certified Check or Money Order
If you prefer to mail us a certified check or money order ahead of time, please call and get a delivered total first. If you are mailing us a check it is still important to send an order sheet detailing all the information we talked about on the phone.
All Certified Checks and Money Orders must be made out to Performance Bodies for the exact invoice total.
Shipping:
- All orders are the shipped the same BUSINESS DAY we receive them! If an order is received after the close of our business hours, it will be shipped the next business day.
- Most items in our catalog can be shipped UPS, C.O.D., or pre-paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express).
- UPS WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH FOR C.O.D. SHIPMENTS
However, we can give you a guaranteed C.O.D. total while you are on the phone so you can get a certified check or money order before your order arrives. We will accept a company check only if credit is approved before the order is placed. All Certified Checks and Money Orders must be made out to Performance Bodies for the exact invoice total.
- Spee-Dee delivery is available primarily in the Upper Midwest. Their coverage zone includes most areas in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois.
- Oversized product, such as bodies, hoods, and roofs will need to ship via truck line. We have many transportation providers available including Estes, CCX, etc. All truck orders must be pre-paid by credit card, or by mailing a check or money order in advance. Freight deliver is NOT available on Internet orders. Please call our experienced sales staff at 1-800-722-4641 for a guaranteed freight quote.

Return Policies:
- All returned items must include an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization).
- We will not accept returns after 30 days.
- We will not accept returns for special order parts or discontinued items.
- All returned parts must be included with your return.
- If you need to return a part, please follow these steps:
- Call 1-800-722-4641 to get a "Return Goods Authorization" number (RGA#).
- Write the RGA# on a copy of the original invoice and put inside box.
- Repack the parts carefully in the original container to avoid damage.
- Ship freight paid to Performance Bodies.
